    Coil Installation Guide:

    Tips for Induction Power Supplies:

    • Turn off  cooling water supply

**If you are not using a quick connect fixture, you will need to loosen the hose clamps and remove cooling  hoses directly from the coil in use.**

    • Remove bolts (Jackson Style) or loosen the quick connect fixture
    • Remove Induction coil
    • Clean all contact surfaces with a Scotch Pad
    • Check O-rings to assure no damage has been done - replace if necessary
    • Check both contact surfaces for damage as well
    • Insert the custom Design Right Coil and reattach using brass bolts and washers or tighten quick connect fixture
    • Assure that the coil is snug and tight - this will make sure you have a good connection to your power supply.

**If you are not using a quick connect fixture, you will need to reattach each cooling hose separately on your new coil. **

    • Turn on your cooling water supply

    **Please note :

Over tightening can lead to thread stripping on the bolts.

Under tightening can lead to arcing between the coil and machine mounting surface.
