Quench Design is just as important as Coil Design when it comes to Induction Heating. If the quench flow is too  low, it could lead to spotty hardness in your part. Proper quench control design is imperative so your part meets full metallurgical specifications. 

Design Right uses a CAD Software to design your custom quench fixtures. Our skilled programmers virtually input your part # and place it within the custom fixture they created. They test the flow and design all within the CAD system. This ensures proper alignment and efficiency prior to making the actual fixture. 

We then take our design and input it into our 3 Axis or 5 Axis machines, based on the quench hole impingement needs. These machines use our virtual drawings to create your custom quench fixtures. Our process is lengthy; however, it will assure you are getting an exact replica each time you order saving you time and money.
